At Dipdux Analytica, LLC ("Dipdux"), you can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. This page explains how.
01 - Who can request deletion
-Direct users of our website, CloudX, KeeperX, XLR8, InternX, or any other Dipdux service.
-End-users of a chatbot we operate on behalf of one of our business clients on the WhatsApp Business Platform. In this case the business client is the data controller; we will act on your request and coordinate with them.
02 - How to request deletion
Choose the option that suits you:
1. Email us at privacy@dipdux.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your full name (or, for chatbot users, the WhatsApp phone number you used in international format, e.g. +20 1XX XXX XXXX) and the service or business name your request relates to.
2. Through the chatbot — send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to the same WhatsApp Business number you originally messaged.
3. In-product — for CloudX or KeeperX accounts, go to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account.
We may ask you to verify your identity (typically by replying from the same email or WhatsApp number on record) before we act on your request.
03 - Our timeline
-We acknowledge your request within 7 business days.
-We complete deletion within 30 days of verified receipt.
-We confirm in writing once it's done.
04 - What we delete
Your account, profile data, contact details, message content, conversation metadata, opt-in records, and any custom fields collected through the chatbot.
05 - What we may retain
We may need to keep limited data where the law requires it (for example, accounting records under Egyptian law are retained for at least 5 years), or for fraud prevention, security, and legal claims. Encrypted backups are overwritten on a routine schedule and not used for any other purpose.
06 - Data held by Meta or
WhatsApp directly
Some data is held by Meta and WhatsApp under their own policies. To request deletion of that data, contact them directly via WhatsApp Help or Meta Help.
